Purchase and Payment
As this is a newly setup portal, transactions are dealt with in person or via mail and a bank transfer. Do get in touch with us in the following "contact" tab and we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible. Let us know the product SRN or the exact product you are keen on purchasing and we will find a suitable meet up place to trade. Alternatively, you can contact us via the caurosell app.
Delivery
We only do free delivery if the purchase amount to 150 dollars and above. Do note that if the item is listed as a sale, the point of meet up will be at BLK 711 Bedok Reservoir Road. Otherwise, the location of meet up can be arranged when we get in touch.
Return and Refund
There is no return or refunds of products once it is sold. Do check properly during the meet ups and ensure that the product you are interested in do meet your expectations before payment.
Privacy
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We use your information only for communication purposes. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. The only information we require is the email address, which is the primary means of communication.
